Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and present the daily market commentary to existing customers
  • Work with the customer relationship team to enhance the customer loyalty
  • Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ enquiries via QQ and WeChat

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year working experience in customer service, but those with potential and interest to develop in this field will also be considered
  • Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fast Chinese typing
