Responsibilities

Prepare and present the daily market commentary to existing customers
Cultivate relationships with existing customers to gain a deeper understanding on their needs and preferences
Work with the customer relationship team to enhance the customer loyalty
Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ enquiries via QQ and WeChat
 

Requirements

Diploma or above in any disciplines
2 Years experience preferred
Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong interest in financial industry
